Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Stack Up! requires no account creation or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information directly from you, and the App does not use your camera or microphone. Data handling is limited to:

• Advertising ID and technical data: used by Google AdMob and its mediation partner Unity Ads to serve and measure ads (device model, operating system version, language, approximate region and ad interaction data).
• Purchase status: if you buy "Remove Ads", the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details; the App only learns that the purchase exists so it can turn ads off.
• Local game progress: your progress, targets reached, unlocked styles, booster counts and settings (sound, music, ring style) are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

Advertising

The App shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob, which may mediate through Unity Ads. These providers may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and other technical data to deliver ads and measure their performance, under their own privacy policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

Rewarded videos are always optional: you watch them only when you choose to, in exchange for an extra booster, an unlocked slot or an unlocked ring style. Buying "Remove Ads" turns off banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

Version Check

When the App starts, it downloads a small static file (version.json) from files.cega.games to learn whether a newer version of the App has been published, and may offer you an update. This request contains no personal data or identifiers beyond what any web request inherently includes (such as your IP address, which we do not store or use).

Children's Privacy

Stack Up! is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App has no chat, social features, external links or data entry fields. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not operate servers that store user data. The only data shared with third parties is what the advertising providers above process through their SDKs, and the purchase handled by the app store. Local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Your Choices

You can reset or limit your device's Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can also remove ads permanently with the "Remove Ads" purchase, and restore it from the Settings screen on a new device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the date above.
