This policy explains what CEGA Games ("CEGA", "we") collects when you visit this website or play one of our mobile games, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are

CEGA Games is an independent game studio publishing mobile games on Google Play and the App Store. For anything in this policy you can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

We keep collection to what a game actually needs to run and improve. Depending on how you reach us, that can include:

  • Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, crash logs and performance traces.
  • Gameplay data — level progress, in-game settings, session length and anonymous event counts used to balance difficulty.
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers — where a game shows ads or measures installs, the advertising ID your device provides (resettable in your device settings).
  • Messages you send us — the name, email address and message content you type into our contact form or send by email.
  • Website usage — anonymous, aggregated page-view data. This site sets no advertising cookies.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your real name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment card details. Purchases, where they exist, are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store — we receive a confirmation, never your card data.

4. How we use it

  • To run the game and keep your progress on your device.
  • To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
  • To understand which parts of a game people enjoy or abandon, in aggregate.
  • To show and measure advertising, where a game is ad-supported.
  • To reply to you when you contact us.

6. Third-party services

Our games and this site may use the services below. Each has its own privacy policy, and we recommend reading them:

  • Google Play Services — distribution, in-app purchases and licence verification.
  • Google Play Console — crash reporting and aggregate install statistics.
  • Apple App Store and App Store Connect — distribution, in-app purchases, crash reporting and aggregate install statistics on iOS.
  • Analytics and advertising SDKs — used only in games that are ad-supported, and named in the game's Google Play data-safety section and App Store privacy details.

7. Children

Our games are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Where a title is listed in Google Play's Families programme, personalised advertising is disabled for it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. How long we keep it

Crash and analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to 24 months. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and then deleted. Game progress lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the limited data we hold, and we keep the amount of data we hold small on purpose — the safest record is the one that was never collected.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects a live game, note it in the release notes.

12. Contact
