Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Paint Island does not require account creation, login, or sign-up of any kind. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, photos from your device, camera or microphone access, or any other personal information directly from you.

The only data processed is the Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / AAID), a resettable device identifier used by our advertising partner, Google AdMob, to serve and measure ads. We do not access this identifier ourselves; it is processed directly by Google's advertising SDK integrated into the App.

Advertising

The App displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and other technical data to deliver ads and measure their performance, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Because Paint Island is intended for a mixed audience (including children), ad requests for users who have not confirmed they are 13 years of age or older are tagged accordingly, and only non-personalized ads are served to those users, consistent with Google Play's Families Policy and applicable children's privacy regulations (including COPPA).

Children's Privacy

Paint Island may be used by children as part of a general, mixed audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. No account creation, chat features, external links, or personal data entry exist anywhere in the App. Any parent or guardian who believes their child has provided personal information to us may contact us at the email address below, though under normal use no such information is ever collected.

Local Data Storage

When a user saves a colored page, the resulting image is stored only locally on the user's own device (in the app's private storage area). This file is never transmitted to us, to Google, or to any third party. It can be deleted at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties. The only data flow to a third party is the Advertising ID processed by Google AdMob as described above.

Data Retention

We do not operate any servers that store user data. No personal data is retained by us because none is collected.

Your Choices

You can reset or limit your device's Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data, including saved coloring pages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
